Our Environment
Australia's security environment is today characterised by increasingly assertive and capable authoritarian states. It is characterised by threat actors constantly increasing their reach through novel development of technology.
Our defences against such threats require deep thinking and constant evolution of strategy, policy, technology and TTP's.
Our Approach
At Phase we work to deliver against our mission through three key functions:
Phase Foresight. Our translator. A bespoke advisory driving public - private fusion, distilling capability requirement's, connecting talent and enabling clients to collaborate with National Security stakeholders.
Phase Generator. Our builder. A capability incubator and accelerator connecting ideas and deep / early-stage technology with the experience, talent, resources and end user input required to develop and commercialise impactful capability.
Phase Resilience. Our unique resilience advisory. A specialist advisory dealing with the five holsitic pillars of risk to deliver technology and organisational resilience to meet the most challenging circumstances.
Whilst we collaborate with a wide variety of sovereign, AUKUS and FVEY investors, our primary funding partner is our partner fund Phase Alpha.
